
Omelette
A fiery start to the day
For Martina – and not just because of her Czech roots – cooking and enjoying amazing food in good company is a key ingredient of successful togetherness – be it with her family or on a personal/professional level with the Feuerring team.
When she visits our Feuerring studio, Martina often invites us to share breakfast together around a Feuerring, much to our delight. For example, treating us to a special and deliciously spiced omelette – simple and yet so good.









FIERY OMELETTE WITH
CORIANDER AND TOMATOES
4 eggs
1 tomato
Fresh coriander
1 large pinch of garam masala
1 large pinch of ground cumin
Pepper
Salt
Red chilli pod
Spring onions
Chives
Oil
Whisk the eggs until creamy in a bowl. Stir the finely chopped coriander and chilli pod (without the seeds) along with the finely diced tomato into the egg mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cumin and garam masala.
Finely chop the spring onions.
As soon as the Feuerring is hot, briefly fry the chopped spring onions. Slowly pour the desired amount of egg mixture over the spring onions in a circular motion (the slower you do this, the more beautiful the omelette).
As soon as you can flip the omelette, do so using a kitchen spatula and fry briefly on the other side.
Serve the omelette with a fresh salad and bread and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. Enjoy!
