Together with Andreas & Beate from Feuerring Immensee, an intensive Feuerring year followed with lunch events for people interested in Feuerring, Feuerring caterings for large groups, small private caterings and many experimental evenings at their own Tulip 80.
Corinne & Maxime's Feuerring cuisine is down-to-earth and purist, yet reduced and unfussy. This results in explosions of flavor that showcase regional and seasonal products.
What they both like about Feuerring is the archaic, original nature of cooking with fire and the closeness to nature and what it provides. Their aim: To create dishes that unite and combine all of this.
